I have a long track record of tasks for IFI-funded FJV projects in the countries of the former Soviet Union and in Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe. I speak fluent Russian and have in-depth knowledge of the challenges of DH system modernization in these countries.
In countries like Denmark, Germany, Sweden, and Norway, I have conducted a wide range of studies for DH companies, and as a project manager, I have successfully completed a number of construction projects.
