My experience
I have a long track record of assignments for IFI-funded DH projects in the countries of the former Soviet Union and in Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe. I speak fluent Russian and have in-depth knowledge of the challenges of DH system modernisation in these countries.
In countries such as Denmark, Germany, Sweden and Norway, I have prepared a wide range of studies for DH companies, and as a project manager I have successfully delivered a number of construction projects.
